Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure the saddle or tack is clean, free of horse hair, and in its original condition; items showing signs of wear or cinch marks may be subject to a restocking fee.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in the original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior to ensure your return is processed efficiently upon arrival.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our facility using a trackable shipping method; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
